Description
Plant Saver aims to create a resource for small home gardening projects or houseplant care. Housed in a convenient form factor, the device will analyze local conditions such as temperature, moisture, and lighting conditions. Using this data it will provide recommendations for compatible species or for improving the care of a specific nearby plant. This device is designed with open source and cost effiective qualities in mind. Cultivating plants often requires a strong knowledge of what different plants need and the research can be a time consuming task. This project aims to eliminate that time and provide a good selection of plants that will be suitable for your environment and guiding the user through some of the process.
